Something new in the L’Isola D’Oro home! The collaboration with Alice Magazine and Alice TV has included “Casa Alice” (“Alice Home”), the popular entertainment show on food, recipes and lifestyle conducted by Franca Ricci. During the winter months of 2019-2020, on digital terrestrial channel 221, you will be able to enjoy traditional Italian recipes revisited with charm and skill by Chef Josè Amici from Rome, L'Isola D'Oro Chef 2019. From November to January, L’Isola D’Oro products will be part of the main meals and snacks of every day. Each dish will be analyzed by a food expert, L’Isola D’Oro consultant Sara Beduschi, who is also a food technologist and researcher for the Universities of Parma and Turin. She will examine in depth the nutritional aspects of the recipe of the day and highlight commonplace notions - to be either debunked or confirmed - about the nutritional content of oily fish and the benefits we derive from it. In a way that is at the same time knowledgeable and accessible, suitable for the general public, Dr Beduschi will involve us in the wonderful world of eating well while pleasing the senses.
