Per preparare la salsa Tzatziki grattugiare il cetriolo e metterlo in un colino a scolare per 1 ora.
Schiacciare lo spicchio d’aglio in uno spremiaglio ed unirlo allo yogurt greco insieme al succo del limone, all’olio evo e ad un pizzico di sale.
Unire anche il cetriolo scolato e strizzato, quindi mescolare il tutto.
Farcire la Pita con la salsa, qualche foglia di lattughino, i pomodorini tagliati a metà, la cipolla rossa tagliata ad anelli e lo sgombro.
