Cuocere i nastri di zucchine sulla piastra e condire con olio evo e sale. Lavare e tagliare il radicchio a striscioline, aggiungere la feta tagliata a cubetti, i pinoli, i lamponi, il crescione, il tonno aromatizzato allo zenzero e i nastri di zucchine.
