200 g riso venere
120 g ceci cotti
12 pomodorini
2 cucchiai di bevanda di soia
2 cucchiai di olio
1 cucchiaio di succo di limone
1 cucchiaino di senape
bevanda di soia
sale e pepe
filetti di sgombro a piacere
Cuocete il riso venere in abbondante acqua leggermente salata.
Preparate il condimento mettendo la bevanda di soia, l’olio, il succo di limone e la senape in una ciotola e sbattete bene con una forchetta. Aggiustate di sale e pepe.
Tagliate i pomodorini in 4 pezzi.
Componete l’insalata mescolando i ceci e i pomodorini con il riso venere. Irrorate con la salsa di senape e completate con i filetti di sgombro leggermente spezzati.
