· 4 fette di pane casereccio
· 1 avocado maturo
· Il succo di mezzo limone
· Sale e pepe qb
· Olio evo qb
· 50 g di ricotta
· 20 g di parmigiano reggiano grattugiato
· 4 fiori di zucchina
· 8 aliciotte l’ISOLA D’ORO
· Pomodorini qb
Tosta le fette di pane. Prendi la polpa dell’avocado, unisci sale pepe ed olio e il succo di mezzo limone e con una forchetta, schiaccia ed ottieni un composto grossolano e spalmalo sul pane.
Prendi i fiori di zucca, togli i pistilli. Lavora la ricotta con il parmigiano, l’olio, il sale ed il pepe.
Farcisci adesso con la ricotta i fiori, aggiungendo un’alice dentro ognuno di esso. Irrora con un filo di olio e scalda in forno a 180 gradi per 5 minuti.
Adagia i fiori sulle fette di pane, aggiungi i pomodorini a cubetti e buon appetito.
