2 cucchiai di salsa di soja
Il succo di mezzo limone
30 ml di olio evo
pepe
Miscela gli ingredienti e emulsiona bene con una forchetta.
1 pompelmo
1 arancia
8 mandarini cinesi
500 g di filetto di tonno per sashimi
250 g di insalata mista
Sesamo qb
Ribes per decorare
Posiziona un coppa pasta di diametro 10 cm al centro del piatto. Inizia a mettere attorno l’insalata, precedentemente lavata.
Pela gli agrumi e tagliali a spicchi.
Sfiletta il tonno ed inizia a comporre l’insalata. Condisci con il dressing al GARUM.
