20 G di garum
· 2 melanzane
· 3 pomodori ramati
· 200 g di scamorza
· 200 g di prosciutto cotto
· 150 g di pomodorini pachino
· Olio evo qb
· Sale e pepe qb
· 50 g di parmigiano reggiano
Tagliate la scamorza a fette e così anche il pomodoro. Lavate e tagliate le melanzane in orizzontale, ricavando 4 fette, senza staccarle dal picciolo.
Apritele a ventaglio e spennellare ogni fetta con il garum.
Inserire la scamorza il prosciutto ed il pomodoro ed il parmigiano, tra una fetta e l’altra.
Riponete su una teglia, sulla quale avrete messo anche i pomodorini. Oleate il tutto e regolate di sale e pepe
Infornate a 180 gradi per 45 minuti.
