· 6 uova sode
· 1 avocado
· 30 g di mayonese
· 100 g di filetti di tonno in olio di oliva
· 12 peperoncini ripieni l’isola d’oro
· Sale e pepe qb
Svuota le uova sode dal tuorlo tagliandole in due. In una ciotola aggiungi ai tuorli, la mayo, l’avocado, sale e pepe e il tonno sgocciolato.
Frulla tutto fino ad ottenere una crema liscia. Metti tutto in una sac-a- poche e farcisci gli albumi sodi.
Guarnisci con i peperoncini ripieni.
