Affettate il pane a fette sottili nel senso della lunghezza.
Adagiatelo in una terrina da forno in modo che rimanga leggermente concavo.
Spennellate le fette di olio e tostatele per 4-5 minuti in forno caldo a 180°.
Lasciate raffreddare.
Nel frattempo tagliate i ravanelli sottili e i pomodorini a fettine.
Conditeli con un filo di olio e un pizzico di sale.
Sistemate nella cialda di pane le foglioline di insalata, i pomodorini, i ravanelli e i filetti di tonnotto.
Completate con qualche filetto di fiore di zucca e alcune gocce di aceto balsamico.
