Tagliate le zucchine a rondelle sottili con la mandolina, conditele con un filo di olio e un pizzico di sale.
Tagliate la focaccia in quadratini di cm 5×5, farcite ogni quadratino con un cucchiaino di crescenza, qualche fettina di zucchina e 1-2 filetti di fiore di zucchina.
Passate sotto al grill caldo del forno per qualche minuto.
Completate con i filetti di alici e del basilico fresco tagliato a julienne.
